RGB Projects (RGB) was founded by Joe Rogers, Dan Grethen, and Paul Bupp in 2005. Each founder had built a successful consulting business specializing in IBM FileNet ECM and BPM technology solutions. RGB assembles decades of experience with the best FileNet experts and engineers who have designed, developed and implemented a wide-range of FileNet technology solutions.

Joe Rogers, PMP: Chief Executive Officer
Joe Rogers is the President and Chief Executive Officer of RGB. His credentials include a PMI certification, CDIA certification and FileNet certification as well as a B.S. in Computer Science from Harvard. Joe has been architecting and developing FileNet solutions since 1987 for customers such as Farmers Insurance, John Hancock, Bank of America, City of New York and County of Los Angeles.

Dan Grethen: Chief Operations Officer
Dan Grethen, Chief Operations Officer, has been working with FileNet products since 1996 as both an Engineer and Principal Consultant. His expertise is both broad and deep including J2EE development, application design, system architecture, and project management. He has an extensive background implementing both P8 and Image Services enterprise solutions. Dan graduated Cum Laude, from California State University, Long Beach with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science. He has obtained and keeps current almost every FileNet Certification offered.

Tom De Luca: Vice President
Prior to joining RGB, Tom De Luca spent ten years as a Principal Consultant with a FileNet related consultancy, delivering business solutions based on FileNet platforms. Tom's background also includes five years as a Systems Consultant at FileNet. Tom has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Gary Busansky: Vice President
Gary Busansky has been designing, developing, managing and implementing FileNet business solutions since 1988 in diverse roles spanning Project Management, Architecture, Business Analysis, and Development. Gary’s background includes 5 years at FileNet as a systems consultant and 15 years as the Principal of a FileNet related consultancy prior to joining RGB. Gary holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California San Diego.
